Responsibilities
Oversee the design and production of all print materials, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Manage team workflows and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Manage project budgets and provide cost estimates for clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in print design and production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of print technologies, materials, and processes.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

PAY RATE: $69720 - $91200 Annually
