Real Estate Instructor - Pre-Licensure Course (Remote Position)
Are you passionate about real estate and eager to share your knowledge with others? If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to teach our New Hampshire pre-licensure real estate courses.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering live, online real estate classes covering the New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum. You'll have the opportunity to help students successfully prepare for the state exam and earn their real estate license from the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker (this is a state requirement, non-negotiable).
Active New Hampshire real estate broker license.
A stable internet connection (minimum bandwidth of 25mbps down/5mbps up), along with a webcam and microphone.
A quiet, professional workspace (e.g., home office or quiet room with a plain background).
Availability to teach at least 4 hours per week (weekdays or weekends).
Ability to attend meetings and participate in school events as needed.
A commitment to performing other tasks as assigned (e.g., curriculum updates).
Passing a background check.
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
Prior experience teaching online or in-person classes.
A current New Hampshire real estate instructor approval or a DREI designation.
