The ARM Group is looking for its client to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in Ridgeville, SC

Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate must have experience in SAP-based warehouse management and a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations
• Utilize SAP for inventory tracking
• Maintain optimal stock levels
• Oversee a team of warehouse associates
• Implement process improvements
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Troubleshoot warehouse challenges

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience
• Mandatory experience with SAP (WM, MM modules preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with lean warehousing techniques
• Forklift certification (if applicable)
