Requirements

• 2 years of call center experience required.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Empathy and patience to understand customers needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
  
• Must provide own work from home equipment
