Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager US (PR & Marketing)

Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified marketing manager based out of our New Jersey Office in the US who can contribute to existing programs (PR and marketing initiatives) while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with our goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public relations executive communications media relations and B2B Marketing with a keen understanding of the technology sector. The Marketing manager is expected to provide endtoend onsite support in the US for all PR and Marketing activities planned by Organization across various locations in the US through the year with guidance and support from the Head of Marketing based in India. This individual will report to the Head of Marketing based in India.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the PR and marketing plan for Organization in the US under guidance of the Marketing head
Cultivate and maintain relationships with the PR agency toptier media outlets journalists and industry influencers to secure coverage for the CEO.
Identify and create opportunities for the CEO to engage in highprofile media interviews speaking engagements and industry panels in the US to highlight the CEOs thought leadership and expertise in the AI Data and Digital space.
Coordinate the CEOs participation in industry events conferences and webinars in the US to maximize his visibility and impact.
Manage all logistics related to the CEOs public appearances including scheduling preparation and followup.
Provide onsite support in the US for the marketing events planned by Organization (including Industry events) across various locations in the US through the year.
Liaise with vendors exhibitors and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Provide assistance to CEO for coordinating media interviews speaking engagements etc
Establish and strengthen relationships with relevant partner organizations vendors media editors influencers and proactively identify relevant opportunities to build Organizations brand
Educational Qualifications / Experience
Bachelors degree in public relations Communications Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus
Around 812 years of experience working in a marketing role experience with IT industry is a plus
5 years of experience in public relations with a proven track record of managing executive communications and media relations.
Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment
Experience working with CEO or senior leaders to coordinate interviews speaking engagements will be an added advantage.
Experience in liaising and building relationships with partner organizations vendors media houses editors influencers.
Very good communication skills both verbal and written demonstrating attention to detail
