Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage various tax projects for clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform tax compliance for individual and business clients including preparation planning and projections
• Review and provide insight on complex tax returns applying deep tax knowledge to support optimal outcomes
• Conduct tax research and respond to tax inquiries managing resolutions and correspondence
• Supervise accounting processes financial reporting and related client services
• Guide and mentor junior team members fostering professional growth and a highperforming culture
• Collaborate with partners on strategies for client growth and operational improvements

Experience you will need:

• CPA certification required
• Minimum of 3 years in public accounting with a strict focus on tax returns for at least 3 consecutive tax seasons
• Proficient understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical skills with a detailoriented approach to problemsolving
• Experience with tax compliance risk assessment and internal controls
• Skilled in accounting software and financial systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
