Job Title: Scrum Master (US Citizens only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Track and communicate team progress, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
• Promote a healthy team environment by resolving conflicts and encouraging open communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Certification such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Background in software development or technical understanding is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
