Job Description

We are collaborating with a well-known, publicly traded company to find a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team!

This position offers a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity to work with a highly respected organization.

**Key Duties:**

- Support the real estate team by tracking status updates, maintaining lease files, and submitting approval forms.
- Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts, including lease amendments.
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist in drafting legal communications and preparing other essential documentation as required.
- Must have a deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Law duties.
- Proficient in drafting and reviewing SNDAs, Estoppel, and data certificates.
- Previous experience with Retail Leasing is a plus!

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- The salary range for this position is $34-38/hr.
- Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
- Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in a 401(k) plan.
