Job Title: Private Chef

Job Description:
Were a family of three (mom dad 6yr old) who live in Edgewood and want to invest in a healthier diet and lifestyle.
We are looking for a skilled creative and collaborative chef to come to our house once a week to cook enough food for the family to eat for a week. Specifically we want healthy clean wellbalanced meals that are flavorful filling but light. We love mediterranean seafood (no shellfish) and densebean salads.
Weekly meal needs:
2 protein dinner dishes (1 fish 1 other meat) 2 servings each
1 carbbased side (rice pasta potatoes etc.) 4 servings
2 veggie sides 2 servings each
1 denseprotein (bean or meatbased) cold salad for lunch that store well over a few days 45 servings
1 breakfast dish (frittata chia seed pudding etc.) 45 servings
Weekly Responsibilities:
Create menu for the week
Shop for ingredients
Prepare and package meals for the week in reusable containers we provide
Ideally you would shop and cook/prep on Saturday or Sunday but we are flexible about day of week it just needs to be consistent.
