As an online real estate instructor, you'll be responsible for teaching live classes based on the New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum. We're a remote-first company, meaning you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home or any quiet space with a stable internet connection.

Classes are held during weekday evenings and weekends, with each live session lasting 1-3 hours.

What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is:

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms.
Reliable: Punctual and committed to providing quality instruction.
Knowledgeable: Well-versed in real estate regulations and legal requirements in New Hampshire.
Patient and Supportive: Understanding when students need extra help and guidance.
Organized: Thoughtful about class structure and curriculum design.
Team-Oriented: Collaborative and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire (this is a state requirement and non-negotiable).
An active New Hampshire real estate broker license.
A reliable cable or fiber internet connection (no DSL) with a minimum bandwidth of 25mbps down/5mbps up.
A webcam and microphone for virtual teaching.
A quiet, professional workspace (e.g., a home office or quiet room with a blank wall).
Availability to teach a minimum of 4 hours per week, during evenings or weekends.
Ability to attend required meetings and assist with curriculum updates and other school duties as needed.
Passing a background check.

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus):
Prior online or classroom teaching experience.
A New Hampshire real estate instructor approval, DREI designation, or equivalent certification.
