Job Summary

Client is seeking an OCM Communications Specialist to drive strategic communication efforts for large-scale organizational change initiatives. This role will focus on developing and executing change communication strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement, increase adoption of new processes and technologies, and ensure a smooth transition across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement , with the ability to craft compelling messaging and deliver targeted communications.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management, or organizational development with a focus on OCM-related initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies for enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Strong experience with stakeholder engagement, messaging, and change adoption strategies .
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience with internal communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Yammer, Microsoft Teams, email marketing tools ).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience in the healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter ) and communication best practices.
• Background in training content development or instructional design is a plus.
