What We Offer:
Flexible Scheduling: Work from home and set your own hours—part-time and full-time positions available.
Caseload Flexibility: A minimum of 10 hours per week, with the ability to tailor your schedule to evenings, weekends, and after-school hours to meet client demand.
Competitive Pay: Starting at $57 per hour.

W2 Benefits (for W2 positions): 401k, 9 paid bank holidays, and paid indirect/administrative hours based on caseload.

Responsibilities:
Provide counseling services to children and their families, educating them on disorders and therapeutic strategies.
Implement and regularly review treatment plans to ensure progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, educators, and medical professionals.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
Qualifications:
Valid state-issued professional counseling license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Creole or Portuguese is a plus).
Strong understanding of child development and a variety of mental health disorders.
Previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMR systems.
Additional Information:
This is a remote work-from-home position.
Positions available for both W2 (employee) and 1099 (contractor) options.
No health benefits at this time.
