Position Overview:
Location: Remote, work from home
Options: Part-time & Full-time, with both 1099 and W2 options
Caseload: Flexible, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
Schedule: Evenings, after-school hours, and weekends are highly preferred to align with client demand
Compensation: Starting at $57 per hour

Paid Indirect/Admin Hours based on caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Educate clients, families, and caregivers about mental health disorders and effective therapeutic strategies
Implement and review treatment plans, ensuring progress and adjustment as needed
Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies to offer holistic support
Provide regular updates on client progress to caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals
Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications:
Valid, state-issued professional counseling license
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, causes, and treatments
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMRs
