Job Description

What are we looking for

At Stone Systems ( we are looking for a  Customer Coordinator  for our Shop located in  Austin, TX who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

As a  Customer Coordinator , you would be responsible for scheduling measures & installs, communicating with customers, contractors, and production staff, maintaining square footage needed for budget, and preparing daily packets for measures, production, and installs. This role must also handle the immediate needs of the customer and accounts. 

Job Expectations:

  • Ensure measures are scheduled within 72 hrs. of the customer-ready date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met.
  • Ensure installs are scheduled within 48 hrs. of the confirmation date while maintaining the integrity of routes and ensuring volume for business needs are met.
  • Monitor measure & install square footage, reporting KPI attainment to management
  • Communicate and coordinate shop follow-up and expedite orders when needed.
  • Participate in and interact with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure timely responses to customers/orders.
  • Maintain CRM updated with all customer changes/notes. 
  • New packets for production are supplied by the shop's daily deadline.
  • Assist customers with in-shop slab viewing and layouts. 

What you need to succeed

EXPERIENCE
Required:

  • +1 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Ability to pass a background check

Desired:

  • Experience scheduling/routing appointments and managing multiple schedules. 

EDUCATION
Required: 

  • High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE
Required:

  • Customer Service Etiquette
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) 

Desired:

  • Experience working with subcontractors.
  • Bi-lingual

Wage Range:

The starting hourly range for this position is between $18-$20. 

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.

Benefits :

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.

Paid time off:

Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
