Could you be the full-time Warehouse Supervisor we’re looking for?

Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your leadership skills to enhance the performance of our warehouse operations. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and work alongside a dedicated team focused on achieving operational excellence. In your role, you will ensure the timely and accurate turnaround of inventory receipts and shipments, while also fostering a collaborative and safe working environment. Day-to-day, you’ll interact with Production Specialists, Project Managers, and Site Coordinators to ensure that all internal processes and objectives are met efficiently.

We’ll look to you for:

• Leadership and guidance for Material Handlers
• Management of inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
• Commitment to safety practices and production standards
• Effective communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

All About You
We value passion and a proactive attitude above all. While you may not possess every single requirement, having the following skills will certainly help you thrive in this role:

• An Associate’s Degree or High School diploma with relevant experience in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A current forklift certification
