Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Remote School Psychologist to join our supportive team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential psychological assessments, counseling, and support services to students in a virtual setting. This is a flexible, work-from-home position where you will have a direct impact on students' academic and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support student development and well-being.
Develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to help students navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation for each student.
Attend virtual meetings to provide insights into student progress and work as a team to create solutions.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
A valid Vermont state license to practice as a school psychologist.
Experience working in educational settings is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively.
Proficiency with teletherapy tools and technology, ensuring smooth virtual interactions.
At least 2 years of remote experience is highly preferred.
