Short Description: Sr. Salesforce Administrator to manage & enhance SF platform using tools like AWS, dbt, Snowflake, & Oracle. Oversee system admin, integrations, and customization while driving user adoption & ensuring optimal performance across business units.

Complete Description:

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, the candidate will be responsible for managing the overall health and performance of our Salesforce instance. The candidate will collaborate with various internal teams and external tools such as AWS, dbt, Snowflake, and Oracle to ensure seamless integration and data flow between platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to enhance and scale our Salesforce environment, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administration of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, security, and data integrity.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation (process Builder, Flows).
• Collaborate with teams utilizing AWS, dbt, Snowflake and Oracle for integration, data management, and reporting needs.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems and ensure accurate data flow across platforms.
• Implement best practises for data quality, backup, and system performance monitoring.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps practices using tools like Copado for version control and continuous deployment.
• Use Github for version control and data management, ensuring proper code and configuration management.
• Manage backups using Commvault to ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and work with stakeholders to address and resolve any system challenges.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to business teams.
• Train end-users, create system documentation, and improve user adoption.
• Stay informed of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.
