Job Title: Project Manager II
Location:Remote California 90201 
Duration: 03 months contract with extension

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small to large-scale projects in support of our product and operations partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate planning and execution, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects.
  • Facilitate discussions and coordination among operational stakeholders to optimize resource usage across the company.
  • Communicate prioritization and trade-off decisions to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and proper implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and raise flags when deadlines or goals are at risk, while maintaining respectful and professional relationships.
  • Manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for Vendor Partners, collaborating with engineering, policy, training, and operational teams to support smooth change rollouts.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans and direct the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Recruit and manage staff, assign responsibilities, and oversee competency development.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams on specifications and procedures.
  • Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
  • Oversee and approve product designs and changes.
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to finalize project specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in production processes, quality control, cost analysis, and distribution methods.
  • Solid understanding of business principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production.
  • Proficient with software tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Google Suite.
Must-Have Skills
  1. Strong Project Management – Experience in planning, execution, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  2. Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal skills for documentation, reporting, and client interaction.
  3. Leadership & Mentoring – Proven ability to lead teams and provide feedback and guidance.
  4. Self-Motivation – Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  1. Production Process Knowledge – Familiarity with production workflows, quality control procedures, and cost optimization.
  2. Business & Management Principles – Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and efficient production methods.
  3. Project Management Certification – PMP or PMI certification is preferred and considered a strong asset.
  4. Vendor Management – Experience managing and collaborating with outsource vendors or third-party service providers.
Pay Range: $60/HR - $65/HR on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
