Product Owner_Senior

Resource Requirements

Mandatory

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or another related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the Product Owner and/or Product Manager role.
• Developing and executing long-term product strategies that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Influencing and collaborating with senior leadership, clients, and cross function teams to drive product vision and priorities.
• Leading the entire product lifecycle including post-launch performance analysis and iteration.
• Guiding agile teams with a deep understanding of agile principles with goal to optimize team performance.
• Utilizing analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive product innovation and growth.

Desired

• Experience with building relationships and influencing C-suite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Experience leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
• Mastery of agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, scaling agile practices across the organization and mentoring teams on best practices.
• Leveraging market insights, data analytics, and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.
• Experience with the following Software and Services:
