The Opportunity
Were seeking midlevel Patent Litigation Associates to join one of our esteemed clients in their nationally ranked patent litigation group. This role offers a chance to work on complex and cuttingedge patent disputes contributing to highstakes cases in a collaborative innovative and supportive environment. Your expertise will play a vital role in driving successful outcomes for clients.

What Youll Do

• Lead with Purpose : Litigate patent disputes involving diverse technologies providing strategic counsel to clients.
• Analyze and Innovate : Apply your technical background in electrical engineering computer science or related fields to complex intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate for Success : Work alongside a nationally ranked team of attorneys to achieve exceptional results.
• Deliver Excellence : Draft review and argue motions conduct depositions and manage case strategy with precision and attention to detail.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience : Three to six years of experience litigating patent disputes.
• Education : J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. A degree in electrical engineering computer science or a similar field is highly preferred.
• Skills : Superior legal writing analytical thinking and oral advocacy skills.
• Mindset : A collaborative innovative and clientfocused approach to tackling challenges in patent litigation.

• Technical Expertise : Background in electrical engineering computer science or related fields with the ability to navigate complex technical details in litigation.
• Litigation Excellence : Proven ability to manage all aspects of patent disputes from discovery to trial.
