We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Remote | California-Based

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled LCSW to provide virtual mental health services to a diverse client population. This position is perfect for a clinician who wants autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow in a therapist-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individual and/or group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platform
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with peers in optional virtual clinical consultations
• Provide client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care

Requirements

• Active California LCSW license (required)
• Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience working with diverse populations (e.g., adults, teens, marginalized communities)
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation
• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR platforms
• Reliable, ethical, and passionate about mental health care
