The Opportunity
Were seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate Labor & Employment to join a prominent team in Los Angeles CA. This position focuses on employerside litigation with opportunities to provide advisory services and conduct investigations. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing complex legal matters and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

What Youll Do

• Represent clients in class and representative actions involving wage and hour disputes and discrimination claims.
• Advise clients and conduct investigations related to labor and employment law matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and draft motions briefs and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver highquality legal services.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Law school graduate fromwith at least three years in a peer law firm specializing in labor and employment law. Experience with class actions is highly desirable.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills: Expertise in employerside litigation excellent legal research and writing abilities and strong communication skills.
• Additional Qualifications: Proven ability to manage complex cases and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Exceptional litigation and advocacy skills.
• Analytical thinking and strategic problemsolving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and clientrelations skills.
