About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with application administration for an important migration project. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with excellent typing skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and a passion for providing outstanding service to clients.

Duration: 3+ months (with potential for extension)
Work Environment: Fully remote with flexible shifts to align with division needs. Available shifts include:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and efficient data entry for application administration tasks.
Assist with building and setting up organizations and user credentials within the application.
Collaborate closely with end-users, including doctors and nurses, to ensure a smooth transition to the new application.
Provide excellent customer service to minimize disruptions during the migration process.
Requirements
Typing Skills: Minimum of 40 WPM (accuracy is key). Candidates may be required to complete a brief typing assessment.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English is required; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Additional Experience: Tier 1 helpdesk or triage experience is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Internet: Reliable internet connection is essential.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in customer service or data entry roles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
