The Opportunity
Were seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Denver Seattle or Portland offices. This is an exceptional opportunity for a midlevel associate to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.

What Youll Do

• Provide Expertise : Advise clients on public company reporting and compliance capital markets transactions and corporate governance.
• Collaborate on Sophisticated Matters : Work on complex corporate and transactional matters for public and private companies across diverse industries.
• Deliver Excellence : Draft and review key documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Support Business Growth : Partner with colleagues and clients to achieve strategic business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance capital markets and/or corporate governance.
• Education : J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills : Exceptional legal writing drafting and communication skills.
• Mindset : A collaborative detailoriented and clientfocused approach.

• Corporate Governance : Indepth understanding of corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Capital Markets : Experience handling complex transactions and related regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Problem Solving : Ability to navigate legal and business challenges with creative solutions.
