AssistRx is searching for a hardworking and detail-oriented team member to serve as Corporate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will possess healthcare recruiting experience, a passion for relationship building and an ultimate goal to grow their experience in the Human Resources space. This position will have the option to work fully remote from their home.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers to streamline the recruiting process.
• Improve the hiring experience by ensuring preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
• Provide full cycle recruiting support; sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending and negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires.
• Source active and passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources.
• Delivering quality candidates under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of recruiting experience

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Ability to focus on details and understand the broad impact of inconsistencies.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills.
