Compensation Range: $17.82 - 20.20 per hour


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Data Editor with proficiency in the German language to join our team. As a Data Editor, you will be responsible for managing and quality-assuring (QA) metadata, images, and logos across our comprehensive entertainment database, which includes content related to movies, TV, sports, and music . This database serves as the universal data hub for video products, supporting a wide range of entertainment services.


Working alongside a dedicated Data Quality team , your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all multimedia content (images, logos, metadata) related to entertainment, music, and sports are accurately represented and aligned with the proper associations, including but not limited to programs, songs, people, teams, stations, and linear schedules.

• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
• Attention to detail with a strong ability to spot errors in both metadata and visual assets.
• Previous editing or data entry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Metadata Management: Manage and organize metadata related to movies, TV shows, sports events, music tracks, and more. Ensure that metadata is accurate, consistent, and follows established guidelines.
• Image and Logo QA: Perform quality assurance on images, logos, and other visual assets related to entertainment content. Verify that logos and images are correctly associated with their respective programs, people, teams, and brands.
• Multilingual Support: Utilize German language proficiency to ensure all German-language content is accurately represented in the database, including metadata and visual assets.
• Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Data Quality team to maintain the integrity of the entertainment database. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or data quality issues in metadata or images/logos.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as content operations, development, and product management, to ensure seamless updates and integration of new content into the database.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in data management workflows, contributing to more efficient metadata ingestion and quality assurance processes.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure all editing and quality assurance tasks are completed on time, adhering to project deadlines and priorities.
