COMMERCIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Project Manager/Estimator that will lead their teams toward project excellence!

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
* Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects
* Establish and maintain relationships with Clients
* Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager Managing and Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
* Excellent time management skills
* Extensive experience in cost controls
* Great interpersonal and communication skills

PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

* Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($80K-$110K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
