**Responsibilities**
Join the compassionate care team at St. Bernardine Medical Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a vital role in supporting nursing staff and delivering hands-on patient care across the lifespan-from pediatric to aging adult populations. In this role, you will assist with essential daily care activities, promote patient comfort, and ensure a safe, healing environment for those we serve.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide basic nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
+ Demonstrate understanding of developmental needs across all age groups, ensuring age-appropriate care and support.
+ Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to maintain patient dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
+ Contribute to a culture of excellence by actively supporting the hospital's mission, core values, and improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
+ Basic arithmetic skills
+ C.N.A. Certificate
+ AHA-BLS - Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider
