Assistant General Manager: $28.00 to $32.00

Your Role: We seek an energetic, dedicated, and highly capable General Manager. This pivotal role ensures daily delivery of our purpose and responsibilities. You will develop our team, drive business success, and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To Serve Others with Great Care: Model and instill our core purpose, ensuring memorable Team Member and Guest experiences.
  • Protect the Brand: Uphold and enforce all operational standards, food safety, and cleanliness. This includes facilities/equipment management, Jolt administration, and auditing break compliance for ethical and legal integrity.
  • Increase Transactions: Drive sales growth, optimize throughput, boost guest loyalty, and maximize order value. This involves analyzing profit and loss reports and completing end of month reports for financial improvement.
  • Communicate Frequently: Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across all levels (Team, Guests, Operator); foster open dialogue and feedback.
  • Develop Talent: Recruit, train, coach, and empower Team Members for continuous growth, identifying future leaders. This includes Team Members performance reviews (semi-annual) and accurate payroll / 401(k) processing (bi-monthly).
  • Lead Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, analyze solutions, and implement lasting improvements. This includes developing plans and goals (quarterly) for strategic growth.
  • Inspire Engagement: Motivate the team, cultivate a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure Team Members feel valued, committed, and aligned with our purpose.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and overall financial performance.
  • Maintain an impeccably safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Ability to work in diverse conditions inside and outside.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work full time, during varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Genuine passion for serving others and upholding high quality standards.
  • Minimum three years of proven leadership experience, preferably in high-volume restaurant/hospitality.
  • Must be 25+ years old.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence and business fundamentals.
